Market Orientation - Health Supplements



There are always ways to bring market-oriented organization in the culture of health and fitness. Let us first define market orientation. Market orientation of a company focused on identifying and meeting the needs and wants of customers through their own or purchased services and products.

One way to bring to market orientation in the culture of an organization is to get feedback from customers past. Did the marketing department of a survey, or evenInterviews to find out what types of supplements are needed to achieve their goals. Have we as a company to achieve the objectives? What can we do something differently to help the progress?

Once we answer these questions we can come up with a strategic plan to change or implementation of new products and services to meet the goals of our current and former customers (weight loss, muscle building, general nutrition, etc.). For integration, the plan of the CompanyCulture, we could make a mandatory seminar for all employees, which we explain the method to our madness: why a market research, what we found in our study, and the changes we will make our herbs, vitamins, and other products of the space for our customers. For example, we could rent a hotel conference room for the day and give a detailed account of why and how we orient ourselves in a particular market - such as the diet pill market.

Another way to bring marketOrientation in the culture of an organization is to get reactions before entering a new market. First, keep an employee survey or ask various people throughout the society as it opens up a new market, to feel with new products. Ask them what they think we should do before entering. Do they have experience in the new market segment that we share? Do they have choices with respect to this new market?

For example, we could be a vitamin manufacturerwho decides to enter the diet pill market. We could use our staff for statistical purposes, ask if they ever made a diet, ever used diet pills, and if they had success. What made them buy diet pills and what were the best diet pills? Was it the cost, or perhaps the value of the marketing efforts appear? Do they see results? What ingredients, the pills viable?

Once we collected information, we can use it with a marketing plan. We can then take overexplain this in the corporate culture through the convening of a session, how the efforts of people to lead the command has a new market. We could get specific information from company employees, our plan model and met the new market. Some occupations and production processes will change, but that will hopefully be accepted with open arms, as each was included in the process from day one. Picking something interesting and appealing, such as diet pills, is probably the best wasgo in changing a culture of market orientation.
